new hp

i finally got myself a new hp, the black nokia 6500 slider phone, on thursday. i bought it at $238 while renewing my contract with singtel. fine, i did not paid for the hp. it was a gift to me from my aunt. =)

i was actually contemplating between the sony ericsson k850i and the nokia 6500 slide. caleb was psycho-ing me to get the k850i since he had gotten it. i thought i should try out another brand of hp but i still chose the nokia phone instead.

the last hp i got was the nokia 6230. it was my first camera hp and i used it throughout my two years in junior college. then i returned to using my non-camera phone from secondary school, nokia 3100, during ns. i did not see a point in getting myself a new phone then since it was going to be used during the weekends only.

although i had gotten myself a new hp, i'll not be able to use it for the next few days. the contact list went kuku and i had to send the phone to nokia care for software upgrade. the problem surfaced on the day i got my phone! i'm still wondering if it's the problem with the phone or with the sim. the staff who served me at nokia care did not even verified that. -_-'

anyways, the hp better be alive or i'm going to bitch at the staff until she gets me a new set!
